FYI provides comprehensive voluntary services for families in order to reduce re-referrals to child welfare, and to increase families’ protective capacities by promoting individual, family, and community strengths.
Building Stronger Families Together
FYI offers family resources through its Community Partnerships for Families program, which utilizes funding from the Colorado Community Response (CCR). We offer 1-on-1 support to families who are looking to become self-sufficient as they navigate the ups and downs of parenting. We work with you to achieve your individual goals and connect you with the resources you need.
Eligibility And Details
Participation in Community Partnerships for Families is voluntary, and primarily serves families who have been referred to us by a DHS program.
